Christmas at Ninas Naturcafe

At Nina's Naturcafe this year there is a host of fantastic experiences when Nina welcomes artists, chefs, baking, lunches and brunch, as well as musical features to celebrate the Christmas holidays for anyone visiting Nina's little gem of a cafe.

Find the elves: In forest the elves have been preparing for Christmas - we therefore take a ride on a horse carriage in the woods with Anne (driver), with her beautiful Norsk Døl horses, along with the nature counselor Linda Kjær Thomsen. Here we look for the elves and find the Christmas decorations so that we can help decorate the Christmas tree at Nina's Naturcafe. During the carriage ride, we will hear lovely Christmas and elf stories. And maybe we will even be lucky enough to see an elf!! The trip lasts approx. 45 minutes and costs 100 DKK for adults and 50 DKK for children and runs at 12, 13 and 14. Book your ticket in advance with Nina. N.B. It can be cold to sit on the carriage, so bring a warm blanket.

Meet Thorbjørn Bosse Olander, who exhibits some of his happy paintings in the café.

The big baking day: We bake brown cakes, Finnish bread with coffee crunch and ginger cakes and confections: marzipan balls with brandy, dipped in chocolate and Christmas palm date balls rolled in cocoa.
We only use organic ingredients and the good Valhrona chocolate and cocoa.
You will work in teams of two! You can join us individually or as an odd number - but then we will put together the teams. Of course, you take your cakes and confection with you home, along with the recipes.
We will also put a small buffet with soup, cake, honey cake, juice and coffee/tea.

Round 1 is at 11.30 - 14, and Round 2 is at 14.30 - 17. Minimum 6 and maximum 14 participants per team. Registration required to Nina at, no later than 22.11. The price for all is 325 DKK/person.
